1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this agreement is to entrust Next Step Education Services Office with providing educational services to assist the student in the university admission and registration process abroad.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY NEXT STEP OFFICE

The office is committed to providing the following consultancy and educational services, without being limited to:

  • Providing university selection consulting and recommending suitable programs.
  • Preparing admission applications and following up on them.
  • Communicating and following up with universities.
  • Preparing and reviewing the required documents.
  • Translation services (when needed).
  • Providing guidance and special consultations.
  • Assistance with accommodation (when requested).
  • Arranging airport pick-up (when requested).
  • Supporting and following up with the student before and after admission.
  • Assistance with health insurance procedures and opening a bank account (when needed).

3. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

  • Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Submit all required documents and comply with university requirements and deadlines.
  • Pay all academic fees and all required university fees.
  • Attend all university interviews (if any) and cooperate with the office at all stages of admission.
  • Inform the office of any changes in personal or academic information.

4. FEES AND REFUNDS

  • The student agrees to pay the office fees as agreed in this contract.
  • University fees, registration fees, and accommodation fees (if any) are paid directly to the relevant entities by the student.
  • All fees paid to the office are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • The office is not responsible for any changes in fees by universities or external institutions.

5. UNIVERSITY ADMISSION AND DECISIONS

The office provides consultancy service and supports the student's application only. All final admission decisions are solely made by the universities. The office does not guarantee admission to any specific university, program, or country. Academic requirements and admission decisions are subject to university policies without the office's control.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The office service fees are non-refundable once the service has started.
  • Application fees, registration fees, and visa fees paid to universities or government entities are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made by the student are subject to the institutions' policies and general regulations.

7. PRIVACY

The office is committed to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all student and applicant information and documents provided.

8. LIABILITY

The office is not liable for any of the following: Visa rejection by embassies; Changes in university, immigration, or government policies; Admission results from universities or government entities; Providing incorrect or incomplete information by the student; Changes in laws, procedures, or university policies.

9. AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement takes effect from the date of signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of the admission and registration process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lebanon. The office reserves the right to amend or add terms when necessary without affecting the student's fundamental rights.
